Erica Welch is a 21-year-old junior at the University of Memphis. She works part time at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where she attempts to learn the language of her people. Hobbies include eating day-old Taco Bell, dreaming of meritocratic societies, and occasionally holding doors open for people.
